1. If there was a problem while submitting my order, should I just resubmit?

Just to be sure, you should first contact our Customer Service Department via email at JEWELRYFITFORLIFE@GMAIL.COM OR SEDONAJEWELERS@GMAIL.COM for quick and reliable assistance. Please indicate your name, address and telephone number and a brief detailed information of your request.  They can let you know if your order has been submitted successfully or not. And if it hasn't, they can place the order on your behalf.  

2. What if I have placed a duplicate order?

If you think you might have placed a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at JEWELRYFITFORLIFE@GMAIL.COM OR SEDONAJEWELERS@GMAIL.COM  Please indicate your name address and telephone number and a brief detailed information of your request.   We'll make sure that everything gets sorted out to your satisfaction.

3. How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Now why would you want to do that? But if you do, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at JEWELRYFITFORLIFE@GMAIL.COM OR SEDONAJEWELERS@GMAIL.COM.  Please indicate your name, address and telephone number and a brief detailed information of your request ASAP to cancel an order. Please have your order number nearby.

We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. 

4. Is it safe to place an order on the internet?

Absolutely. With TENCB, ordering online is as safe as using your credit card in your favorite department store. We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity – which is like keeping your credit card information in a bank vault.

5. Are the prices on TENCB.com flexible?

Although our listed price is final, you are still getting an amazing deal. At TENCB, we always offer the best value by providing the lowest possible price.

6. Do you accept international orders?

Currently, TENCB do not ship internationally, but we are working diligently to expand our shipping outside of North America so everyone can enjoy our featured product.

7. What are my payment options?

You've got a lot of choices. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card as well as PayPal.

8. Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Arizona State. Sales tax within the Arizona State may vary based on the final destination of the package.

9. What are my shipping options?

I'm glad you asked!  We offer a flat USPS priority mail (2 to 3 business day) and priority express mail (1 business day).   We're proud to offer a FREE PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS shipping on ALL orders OVER $334.00.    Detailed shipping rates as seen at check out are as follows: 

USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days) = $10.00

Priority Mail EXPRESS (1-2 business days) = $30.00 (Most shipments will be overnight but some U.S. addresses may not comply)

*Shipping cost includes shipping and handling.

*Taxes will be included during checkout.

  • Delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

  • Includes insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply).

  • No surcharges for fuel or residential, rural, and regular Saturday delivery. Flat Rate.

* Our fastest domestic service, with limited exceptions, available 365 days a year, delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. 

  • Tracking information with USPS Tracking®

  • Includes insurance with most shipments.

  •  Please contact our customer service department at jewelryfitforlife@gmail.com OR sedonajewelers@gmail.com for special shipping and handling procedures.

  • NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ANY SHIPMENT.

 

10. What information does TENCB.com gather about me?

Luckily you don't have to tell us your age, height or natural hair color. But when you do make a purchase on our site, you need to provide us the following information:

  • Name

  • E-mail address

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Telephone number

  • Type of credit card you are using

  • Credit card number and expiration date, or other form of payment.

But don't worry, the information you provide us stays with us and remains confidential. We keep it all to ourselves and won't ever share or sell it to another company.  Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Does TENCB share the information it gathers with others?

We don't provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, we give your name, shipping address, phone number, and order information to our shipping carriers. We also supply your name, billing address, and credit card information to the credit card processor who bills your account. We maintain strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep any shared personal information confidential.

 

12. What is your refund policy?

*ALL SALES and PAYMENTS are FINAL, with no exchange, no return, no credit and no refund.
*FOR CUSTOM WORK, REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS:
- any and all item/s verified, approved and/or paid by customer is/are NON-disputable with NO credit or refund.
*Any and all DISPUTE/S is/are handled in a reasonable or negotiable manner, and will be addressed accordingly by our team.
*NO dispute/s will be handled in the store without a proof of scheduled appointment.
*JFFL/Sedona Jewelers reserve the right to pursue any legal action against any and all forms of disparagement or defamation in connection to any or part of our business.
*DUE to unfortunate fraudulent and unlawful purchase practice, our team has decided to implement this policy.

*This is a binding agreement of our terms and conditions with or without consent.

 

 

 

 

13. How long does it take to get my order?

We make every effort to get it to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders may take longer to process. You can contact our Customer Service Department via email at info@tencb.com for shipping details when you place your order.

14. What if I don't get my order in the standard time frame?

If you didn't get an order confirmation number after clicking the 'Submit Order' button, your order may not have been processed properly. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email us at JEWELRYFITFORLIFE@GMAIL.COM or SEDONAJEWELERS@GMAIL.COM, and our representatives will be happy to help.

15. Can I send someone gifts from TENCB?

Of course! Simply indicate the two addresses during the ordering process. For your protection, be sure to let your credit card issuer know that you'll be using a shipping address other than your billing address.

16. How do I check the status of my order?

You can always  email us at JEWELRYFITFORLIFE@GMAIL.COM and our Customer Service Department will help you out. Please include your oder item #, or refer to your order confirmation email.

17. How do I track my order after it has been shipped?

You should receive an email receipt with a tracking information from our shipping carrier.  Then visit our shipping carriers to track your package.

18.  Can I pick up the item at a retail location?

19. What are your holiday or Christmas shipping timeframe or delivery period?

Our goal is to meet our customers full satisfaction, therefore fast shipping and handling is one of our top priorities.

We used United States Postal Service as our main shipping courier.
